The consultancy was set up in 2017 by Debbie Mosley. Debbie is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has over 15 years of senior HR experience spanning across many disciplines for well- respected brands in multiple sectors.
Debbie has all the experience, qualifications and skills you’d expect from an HR consultant but started her consultancy because she believes she can offer something different, and that something is her. Debbie is unique because she combines her HR knowledge with her strong commercial acumen to understand that getting things done quickly and efficiently is just as important as making sure it’s done in the right way.
Not only does Debbie have a strong HR generalist background, but having specialised in the engagement and reward arena for the last few years, Debbie has seen first-hand what companies who truly believe people are the heart of their business can achieve. With her friendly and professional approach, she works collaboratively with clients in an open manner to inspire them to recognise how an engaged culture and a strong employee offering can attract and retain key talent who want to work with the business to meet its objectives.
